Oh Penny. You look simple enough from the front, but you’re all party in the back. Leave your capes at home (that’s right, your cape) because this dress has one built in. Flashes of skin here and there, but you’re technically covered up. T.Tandon is throwing us for a loop. Like the Historian there is something period like with this dress but we can’t quite figure it out. But either way we always like a dress with a little kick to it. This one has a kick and a cape. Pockets!

Fit: Super easy, super breezy. Literally. Chuck wears the XS. Small would be good for a size 4. Medium would be good for a size 6.
