Where to start? This dress is for the girl who wants to have a laugh at the world and a good time on the dance floor. The color is called Black Jazz. We’re a little at a loss of words to describe the fabric. We swear we’ve seen this in the 80’s but where?? Judy thinks she once had a scrunchie made with this stuff. We don’t know what it’s called but we do have this to say: Wow. Shiny. Cooool.

Fit: Same body as the Neon Parade dress, but totally different fabric. Small fits a 2, medium a 4. Chuck wears the small and wishes she had a top hat to go with it.
